Finally a children's movie that is REALLY for children!!! I cannot tell u how sick to death I am of kids movies with more adult humor than childrens! This was an adorable tale that stuck right with the original story and rightfully so! It was an amazing book and the original movie was one of my favorites as a child. I hope this becomes one of my children's favorites for years to come as well. No hip-hop, wisecracking penguins, or houses devouring small people needed! It was just cute and sweet and with a great lesson. What has happened to these movies?? We need more of them! Our children are growing up too fast already if you ask me and they don't need their movies filled with sarcasm and WAY too grown up jokes to speed along the process! Bravo Charlotte! Let's keep our kids kids a little longer! |
