I was lucky enough to see this movie at a film festival and was blown away by it. The movie is hilarious, touching, and unpredictable. The movie side-steps the old romanitc comedy cliches and, in doing so, transends the formula. I don't usually associate Uma Thurman with a comedy, but she is terrific. Bryan Greenberg is terrific as well; I am sure you will be seeing his name in more and more movies in the future. Meryl Streep? Wow! (as usual). It has been a long time since I have laughed so hard. |
