I'm not exaggerating one bit when I say this movie was absolutely horrific. My kids like the Jiminy Glick TV show so they asked me to rent it, but when the three of us sat down and tried to watch it, it was a unanimous vote to turn it off halfway through. Where do I start? Not two funny lines in the movie; the Glicks mostly make me want to take a shower, because they are so grotesque in appearance and personality. And who is the target audience? The actors toss out R-rated sex and potty humor with every sentence while acting like 10 year olds. Who likes this stuff? Kids with no parental supervision? Adults whose sense of humor never grew up with them? And it's so Hollywood, in the worst sense. Loads of cameos of mostly B list stars like Keifer Sutherland, loads of hysterical slutty women, God was this movie just horrible! Maybe if it had one more penis joke, I would have liked it more. Ugh. |
