More used to seeing this type of movie as a foreign film, Syriana is a pleasant surprise. Completely devoid of the usual Hollywood style of force feeding the storyline down your throat, the film simply lays out different story tableaus without passing judgment on the action of the characters. It is us the viewer who is invited to draw our own conclusions. Definitely a movie worth seeing. |
