Funniest, Darkest Cusack Film Ever

If you see this film with anyone who has an IQ over 50 you will laugh until you can't breathe. Cusack and Thornton were perfectly cast as a mob lawyer and a porn distributor who's partnership always seems to be less than meets the eye.
Although they were brilliant, Oliver Platt made this movie for me. I've never seen such perfect comic timing and excellent physical comedy. Even his nuances of expression are hilarious.
Everything I look for in a film is contained in this one; comedy, tragedy, irony and intelligence. If you like Adam Sandler you won't get it. |
