Not exactly like the book, but still great!

ill admit, i was a little disappointed with a few of the differences that were in the movie that werent in the book. but this movie is still amazing, its truly for everyone. my mom asked me what kind of movie it was, and its hard to put it in a genre. it has funny moments, but it is a very emotional movie. the four acresses who play Lena, Tibby, Bridget and Carmen are all perfect. they portray their characters perfectly. my friend and i were surprised at how bold bridget was with eric, but its exactly as it is in the book. the only huge difference is that in the movie, Lena's grandparents hate Kostos' grandparents and in the book they are friends who have a falling out over a misunderstanding, but other than that, the movie was VERY true to the book. i loved it and so did my seven friends i saw it with. so stop reading reviews and go see it! its worth the money! |
