Wow, what a disappointment. I had been looking forward to this film for a long time, but it certainly didn't live up to my expectations. The animation was interesting, and there was some hilarious situations/dialogue, but the story simply wasn't as good as expected. The plot seemed like it was leading somewhere, but in the end, it really didn't do anything except reach an anticlimax. Furthermore, with the exception of drug culture, many of the interesting social dilemas introduced by the film weren't ever fully explored leaving the viewer feeling cheated. Overall, the film just drags on to a deflated, anticlimatic conclusion(if you can even call it a conclusion). What a waste of my time... |
