"Respecting yourself" is what a bad whore says to herself. (see Jul 5th review)
I ask you what's wrong wtih feeling like a whore? As Jeri Blank proves you can always change, so why not make some "lunch money" while you're walking that narrow line between slut and whore. What's the point of change if you don't have something to change from or something to change to? What about the change from a show to a moive? As Jery says you have to do the wrong things the right way.
All in all the movie made me laugh as much as the show did. You can't watch Strangers with Candy and turn your brain off it's not that type of show. It may look like it but it's a really intellegent show. Filled with word play, clever lines and things that make since if you think about it.....I loved it! |
