Great characters and talented cast made this film lots of fun to watch. Greg Kinnear is at his best in this movie. A flawless performance by him. Pierce Brosnan is perfectly cast in the difficult role as a strange, mysterious, burnt out hitman. An what can I say about Hope Davis. "The Matador" is "Proof" that she is one of the greatest perfoming artists of the 21st century. Phillip Baker Hall is also good as the powers that be. |
