This film sounded interesting me & original, so I took a chance on it & was rewarded with lots of smiles & the same thought over & over; what an original screenplay. The filmmaker/writer & lead actress of this little gem did a great job of showing the every day interactions of average people everywhere & the unusual & sometimes very bizzare situations they get themselves into, not to mention the emmotionaly messy lives they create. Its story intertwines a despressed & newly single man & a freethinking single woman who are "ready for anything", two teenage girls experimenting with sex & trying to top each other, and a senior citizen couple who find each other in the last years of their short lives. Some scenes are disturbing, but overall this NOT a depressing film & made me & my fiance smile at the unique vision of the director & writer over & over again. Its amazing that this film made it to my local screen (& yours) & I reccomend it to all of you who, like me, want to be inspired (to be your own original, unsensored self) & are trying to escape the brainless summer "blockbusters" out there.
