Tale of Two Sisters joins The Eye, Ju-on, Ringu, and Audition in the circle of amazing Asian horror. What many people don't get is that haf of the movie never happened, it was all in Su-Mi's head. The begining when she and her sister got out of the car, was false. Only Su-Mi got out of that car, because her sister was already dead. In almost every scene that the stepmom was in, it was actually Su-Mi... Like at the dinner scene when Su-mi, her dad, her uncle, and his wife were eating, and she was crackin up over things no one else thought were funny, it's because the stepmom was actually su-mi.. The stepmom never actually did anything evil. The whole time until the end while Su-Mi was in the house, her sister was only in her head.. The stepmom wasn't even in the house, it was all in Su-Mi's head. Of course, there were strange things going on in the house. Like wen her uncle's wife had a seizure, she did see a girl under the sink, and when the stepmom, who was actually su-mi looked under the sink, there was a girl in a green dress with long black hair sitting at teh table, becuz, there were actual ghosts in the house of Su-mi's mother and sister.
All in all, this movie is incredible, and worthy of any Hollywood award out there. Giving a new perspective on what real life is like, A Tale of Two Sisters makes u wonder what is actually goin on in the world, and if what's happening to you, is real.. |
