Besides Batman, this is probably the smartest, most entertaining movie in a long while. McGregor and Johansson have awesome on-screen chemistry and both do a superb job in their roles. The story line is unique and smart, and the special effects are pretty good. Yeah, there are some parts that are a little ridicules (falling 70 stories on a building logo and getting one scratch above the right eye and maybe a van cutting a car into two pieces and no one being hurt), but that's why it's a movie. What movie isn't unrealistic? Steve Buscemi is great as usual, as is Michael Clarke Duncan. There is a lot of action and the movie doesn't slow down once. It makes you want more, just like Batman did. I highly recommend it! |
