As a soccer dad, I wanted to like the movie when I walked in, I really did. With a good cast and interesting story concept I really wanted it to work. Somehow, however, the funny parts just weren't that funny, and some parts, like when the coach pushes one of the opponent team-members down, were not funny at all, in my opinion. Overall, it just didn't work for me. I would say Kicking and Screaming was mediocre, at best. |
