Seriously, if you have not seen the movie, stop reading the Yahoo user reviews NOW!!! (You can finish this one, I won't spoil anything.) I don't know what happened with this movie in particular, but it seems as if all of the negative reviewers (and some positive) are determined to give away the ending to EVERYONE!!! Some jack*ss completely ruined the movie for me before I could see it. If you absolutely need to mention the plot twist or ending, PLEASE put a spoiler warning in the TITLE OF YOUR REVIEW!!! However, if you really need to discuss all aspects of the movie, go to the message boards!!! They are there to discuss the movie...and people can actually post back to your opinions. Nobody comes to a review board to hear how the movie ends and have every surprise element given away!
I would encourage any other yahoo users who are as p*ssed off about the amount of spoilers w/ no warnings on this review page, to report abuse on every single one of them you see. Maybe then these pages will be monitored more closely to ensure that spoiler warnings are absolutely mandatory!
I liked this movie...although there were some plot holes or loose ends, it was still enjoyable and moving. Of course, I'll never know what it was like to see the movie without knowing the ending. Thanks, bachfeuer. |
