I have never been so moved to right a review before. This movie absolutey moved me and I have not been able to stop thinking about it. When I left the theater I thought "wow that was a great movie." But the feeling intensified the next day after I reviewed the scenes in my head. The tormented love story and the longing of Ennis and Jack was so tragic. By the end of the movie I forgot I was watching a love story between two men. The love story was the main focus and it was beautiful and haunting. I really was able to see how their lives were both ruined by them not being able to be together and it was absolutly heartwrenching. I would recommed this movie to anyone. I saw it with my husband and although he enjoyed it also he was not moved by it like I was. I secretly think most men will not admit to being moved by the story. They may be worried about how it will love if a "gay love story" moved them. Anyway, I loved this movie. |
