This movie is very entertainig and simple. No fancy stuff. A remake of an old movie that did good back in the 70's. I never saw the original, but one thing I can say is that I liked the remake a lot.
Along the line of really disappointing movies during 2004, this is the first one I liked. I hope the trend continues during 2005.
If you like good old fashoin action movies, then I recommend seeing this one, unless the wife or girlfriend drags you to see "Meet The Fockers", where you can prepare yourself to have a long nap and wish that they could turn the volume off. |
