I liked this movie. It is great to see Robin Williams in a non-comedy role. He did a great job! This movie will keep you on your toes and make you think a bit - so if you don't pay attention you can easily get lost. My guess is that might be what happened with the people who did not like it.
There were a couple of unexplained pieces in the movie that did not appear to make sense. 1) whether or not the girl the main character dated was a chance meeting or if he dated her as a result of his seeing her in someone else's life that he reviewed; and 2) the company that was against the whole technology the main character worked with had a file on him, yet the person pursuing him did not appear to know what was in the file.
Otherwise, I found the topic intriguing and Williams acting extremely good. I would recommend this movie. |
