Saw this at the Tribeca Film Festival last year!
It is a lovely,lovely film.The little boy is a revelation. Emily Mortimer was just excellent. I cannot believe that this is the same Gerard Butler I fell in love with in Phantom of the Opera! He shows his acting ability to great effect in this film. He really is a fine actor. His restraint and his subtlety are just perfect. I found his character especially poignant.He works well with the young boy in the film. Very believable. Don't miss this. It's a little gem!! |
