I recently had the pleasure of seeing Dear Frankie at the Sedona International Film Festival. I was blown out of the waters by this film!!! It was delightful. The story itself is of pure beauty,...one between a mother and her son, a relationhip between a mother and daughter and how one person, be it a stranger, can change your life forever. This movie makes you laugh and then in the next scene, you are wiping way the tears off of your checks.
Bravo to Gerard Butler, Emily Mortimer and Jack McElhone for their performances in this film!!!!!!! The background scenery of Scotland and the music just added that much more to this film. It is definitely at the top of my favorite movies! I can't wait to see it again!! |
