Cardio fun

This is a wonderful bellydancing DVD that gives you an invigorating all-over cardio work out. It really allows you to let loose with different segments, such as "Energy", "Passion", and "Sensuality".

This particular bellydance DVD comes across more as an actual dance than as a workout. It is 45 minutes long and almost nonstop movement, which is what makes it such an excellent addition to your cardio routine.

It includes the standard hip lifts, hip drops, figure eights, and snake arms, and plenty of other traditional moves. The soundtrack is perfect - each musical piece provides just the right tempo for the dancing.

I highly recommend working with another DVD prior to trying this one, as it may seem overwhelming for a beginner.

Also, the narration is a bit lacking during warm-up and cool-down segments, so you need to keep your eye on the television when you're bent over in a stretch.

If you are looking for a fun, sensual, graceful workout to add to your routine, I recommend giving this a try.
