First off, it is not as serious a movie as you would think. It was actually quite funny, and didn't actually give off a serious vibe.
Now the story isn't anything new, and had the old "thief movie" cliche. The professional theif who is trying to quit for the girl he loves, BUT, just can't resist one more score. But, the story, despite being old, kept you completely engaged with the acting.
A suprise even to me, Salma Hayek and Pierce Brosnan made a captivating couple that puts a smile on your face. Great chemistry on set and for the guys out there, Salma Hayek looks absolutley AMAZING, the best I think I have ever seen her look. Also, the love/hate relationship between Harrelson and Brosnan will make you laugh the entire movie. In general the on screen chemistry is perfect and will keep you extremely engaged throughout the movie.
Overall, this movie is very good, from the visuals to the acting, it is a complete movie. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a sexy action/comedy. Worth the cash to see it. |
