I don't know why critics have to be so hard on a movie that is light and fun. Saw this last night, dispite the bad reveiw, and really enjoyed it. the whole audience laughed out loud on a few occasions and oowd and ahhd at the right times so obviously they enjoyed it too. Selma Heyak was beautiful as ever, and Pierce was as clever as usual. (I just wish the director wanted him shaved- very not sexy)anyway the story line was coherent and the zing at the end was not entirely expected, but I wasn't shocked either. Anyway good movie overall. I'd recommend it to anyone. |
