I thought it'd be a little funnier, but seeing newcomer Moragn Spurdnick eat nothing but McDonald's for 30 days straight is enough to keep me out of there for a while.

He goes from being a very healthy man with great vitals to one who appears ready for bypass surgery in a short time. His doctors are even shocked how bad all his 'numbers' get so quickly, strongly recommending stopping and equat the deterioration of his liver to that of an alcholic due to the fat and sugar he consumes.

Highlights are his stomach getting the 'mcgirgles' after eating his first super sized double quarter pounder with cheese meal (I've never done that and I'm getting sick thinking about it) and going 'mccrazy'. I also got a kick how first graders readily could identify a photo of Ronald McDonald, but didn't know Jesus.

God help us, America.

It was refreshing to see an average everyday Joe who wanted to make a film do so by sacrificing his body to prove a point. I would guess we'll see Morgan again- maybe teamed with Michael Moore.

Strongly recommend taking 12+ kids. It's better for them to hear the benefits of a healthy lifestyle (and see what happens in a bad one) from someone changing theirs first hand than for you to do the preaching
