The only people giving this a negative review are the ones who are writing a review based on the premise alone. This movie does not throw all accountability on the corporations. It does point the finger at the consumers as well. Also, it does mention in the movie that he has to try the whole menu, not just the worst foods on the menu. It is amazing that McD's wouldn't even return the guys phone call. They have to listen to him one way or another. They finally did by taking away the super sizing and releasing a "healthy" adults meal (With a pedometer included... Hmmmm..). They also now actually offer real fruit. Who would have thought. I personally will not go to a McD's after watching this movie. I know they are making steps to correct their unhealty menu, but it's too little too late. Plus, this is a wakeup call for me to start making way better choices and being more accountable to myself. |
