My god, this movie works. It works so well that you forget it's a movie. After it's over, way after the popcorn butter soaks into your skin and soda fizzles in your GI tract, you'll still be twitching like a blind man in a bee hive over the movie's relentless assault of reality.
Kudos to the acting. Good job to the director for creating such a manic, gloomy ambiance.
Guys, I literally started clenching my eyes shut at 2 am as I took a bath in my chic, sprawling apartment, left uneasy by the shadows and implications of the film, wondering if they followed me home, and if they did, who paid their fare. |
