This is the best film I have seen this year. Maybe a cult classic in the future. The most terrible thing is that you really care about these people and in the brief hour and 49 minutes, you go so far with them and feel pained to not be able to follow them some more. This film could easily be a high quality Pilot for a HBO Miniseries.

What great actors. The whole ensemble is excellent. I had forgotten how great an actress Natalie Portman is. Star Wars didn't really count, but I remember her as the little kid in The Professsionals and she stole that show too.

WOW. She was terrific.

And Zack Braff!? The star and the Filmmaker--the director and Writer! Who is this guy? I don't watch Prime Time TV so I don't know who "Scrubs" is, I'd never seen him before. He's approached brillance a number of times in this film in both the comedy and dialogue. He could be a new Woody Allen, without the glasses, shriveled look and the constant whining.

Hope he doesn't sell out. This guy is going to make some great films (or Cable TV) if he doesn't get eaten by Hollywood.

The script is amazing. The comedy is subtle throughout, and hysterical often. Best film so far this year...
