God, that was awfull. I've seen episodes of Buffy the Vampire slayer that were better than this movie. I thought a more recent adaptation of the classic Darcula story would be cooler, but this seriously came off as a made for tv movie.
The visuals were cheesy, the characters weren't entirely convincing, and Dracula really sucked. I haven't read Bram Stoker's Dracula, but if he was anything like Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, the least they could have done was give him more depth as a character. |
