It seems that movie critics get so caught up in their expectations about things like what Jane Fonda's comeback roll should be, that they loose touch with what entertainment realy is. This movie is a laugh-out-loud fun movie, with great acting, and a hilarious storyline. It never gets boring, or dragged out, and Critics have disected it far too much, instead of taking it for what it is- a hilarious movie. Maybe sometimes the mother-in-law's behavior is a bit far-fetched, but that's precisely what makes it so entertaining! After all, we dont go to the movies to see what we can see in real life... |
