The ads didn't make this movie look funny, so I wasn't expecting anything when I got free tickets for a pre-screening. But this movie was hilarious! I really liked Starsky and Hutch, but this was much funnier than that movie. I didn't stop laughing all the way through. There were so many great lines that I already want to see it again. There were older people at the premiere who found some parts offensive. However, I thought the humor was tame compared to There's Something About Mary and American Pie. There were only two swear words. Ben Stiller was fall on the floor funny. The writing was a constant stream of great moments. The film was a fast-paced comedy. It went by so fast that I couldn't believe it was over already! The writer of the movie was also the director. It's his first movie and he's just brilliant. If you want to go to the movies to laugh your tail off, this is the one for you. |
