Rocks My Core....

I may be "over" for rating it "A+" for every single details of the film, but am I?
First, it's an animation film, CGI to be exact (or whatever others called it). The movements of the humans, the rats, the gourmets, the settings of the restaurant and surroundings, the emotions showed on each's characters, either by the face or movements, it's remarkable. It's a feat of an incredibly-made animation film. Am I "over" on this?
Secondly, as in many/all animation films existed, the concept of the storyline is nearly the same; to show good values that can be gained from a character or the story itself, and etc. Yes, Ratatouille has the same page as the concept mentioned above, but yet it tells the story in such an enjoyable style and languages (the France dialect - I love it), that I have never think it(the style) would be featured in an animation film. It's a stylish motion picture. The ending is so touching, and memorable. Am I still "over" on this?
Thirdly, the humor. The film features more adult humor and comedy(i didn't meant porns, vulgars etc), it's just a little more complicated than usual comedies and humors featured in previous/most animation films. And for this reason, I enjoyed it so much, as I'm like a kid who loves cartoon, only that I'm more matured. Get what I meant? If not, just ignore the line. I understand why this film didn't hit as much as the Incredibles or Shrek. Not because of the animation or the story, in fact it is far better than most of animation films around; it's just because of the maturity of the film. And I guess I am not too "over" on this one.
Overall, am I "over" on this? If I am, I didn't meant to. It's just that the movie really rocks my core. |
