All the previews on this green Earth could not have displayed the many planes of this film. If one would look past face value and maybe take the story for what it was intended to be and not what one wanted it to be, then some indescribable, thoughtful feelings may stay with the viewer for a while. Besides the familiar lessons and, quite possibly, emotions this film produced was not without humor. This humor carried the audience throughout the movie and it produced a terrific sense of melancholy when all was said and done.
It was an enjoyably reflective film, I encourage people to go to the theatres. And if analyzing is not your cup of tea, go for the humor and familiar American setting. |
