Good for laughs, not for kids

Knocked up delievers plenty of laughs and giggles throughout the film, however, the juvenile humor, harsh mouthed dialog, use of drugs and alcohol and numerous displays of nudity, dents the movies appeal to the young kids. Please don't bring anybody under 16 to this film, unless you want them cussing all night long and asking you those hard questions about the female body and sex.
Adults however will get a kick out of this film, its a light humorous tale of one rather unattractive guy who gets lucky one night and gets a girl out of his league to sleep with him after a night of partying and drinking. However, things go a mess when he finds out the hotty he banged last night is pregnant. The rest of the film is about two TOTALLY opposite people coming together and trying to make it work after she decides to keep the baby.
So to conclude, I would recommend this light hearted yet serious films to adults, and adults only. |
