Blade 3 has a healthy humor about its actors and characters. Why else would hot Ryan Reynolds and campy Parker Posey take a trip down blood alley.
Jessica Biel is quite lovely and stiff. In comparison to Biel, Wesley Snipes seems downright animated. Posey and Reynolds are the show with their witty lines and double-takes. The plot runs its usual course with good vampire battling bad vampires. The one thing missing from this third installment is sophisticated look and feel of the first two Blade Movies. Snipes could play Blade until he is old and grey (if he was human?). |
