This film had alot of potential, but was poorly executed. Instead of an internatial conspriracy thriller what we get is cliche and stereotypes.
The premis was excellent and the twists were interesting, but Kilmers acting was cardboard at times..the supporting characters had no depth and were there just to get killed unexpectingly...
The racial stereotypes will make you cringe. The whole idea of everyone of non-caucasion origin lusting over blond headed americans seemed a little dated...and the climax of the film which was set in Dubai was sooooo fake.
Avoid paying to watch this film. Wait till it comes on TV...its still worth a watch. |
