Very well cast, this one had the ending I hoped for. Evtremely well written, it played to the actors strengths and allowed Nicholson to play Nicholson. Keaton did not let him upstage her, which in and of itself speaks to her screen presence in this movie, but in addition her character is allowed to develop seperately and disticntly to Nicholson's. You will laugh a lot and cry once...but most of all, you will enjoy this movie from start to finish. The only negative I can come up with (nothing's perfect) is that everyone needs to go see Mandy Moore in Chasing Liberty to learn how to kiss. The kisses in this movie are like shark attacks! |
