I've seen some of the other reviews on here and I have to wonder if these so called critics are seeing the same thing I'm seeing. I loved what I saw and I'll definitely see it many more times before it leaves the theaters.
This movie is the best I've seen. I loved the story, I loved the acting and I have to say that everyone in our theater was sobbing. I was fortunate enough to see a sneak preview. The basic story is that Allie and Noah meet one summer and fall in love only to be torn apart by the fact that Allie has to leave and Noah goes off to war. While Noah is gone, Allie gets engaged. The climax of the story comes when she finds Noah after several years and they reunite and she is forced to choose between her fiance and her first love.
The story is sweet without being too sentimental. It is filled with plenty of romance. If you have EVER been in love, see this movie. |
