If you are looking for historical accuracy or a closely followed adaptation of the Illiad, then you've come to the wrong place. I believe there is still room for another adaptation of the Illiad, because this is more like one guy's view of what a cool movie about the Trojan war would be like.
That said, this is a typical action epic. I enjoy such movies, and if you do to you will be entertained. I'd like to see more adaptations of the classics. This is a good movie, but a really bad adaptation of the Illiad. |
