this movie was a complete waste of time. all i have to say is thank you to zach at AMC theaters for refunding my money. after 45 minutes i had no idea if this movie was a comedy, a dark comedy, a horror movie or a drama? half of the movie i saw, was a repeated view of a child being abducted...albeit different children, but all being abducted. i get it, someone was stealing kids. get on with the story. oh wait, there really wasn't a story. it was like the makers of this film weren't just satisfied reviewing the truely dark tales that the brothers' grimm actually wrote, the had to take a blender, throw in the blair witch myth, an underlining grifter's story, and an over used "i love/hate my brother" sob sub-plot and they get the crap that is Brother's Grimm. |
