Give yourself a real vacation. Go travelling with the birds. You will never find another film to place you so entirely within their differing perspectives. You will know the desperation of geese in flight and the enjoyment and thankfulness for movement of the long-legged cranes. You will sense the confusion of ducks in the presence of decoys. No anthropomorphizing. Just being there. The camera work is all but impossible. You will be one of them. |
