This movie is a sequal to legally blonde. It starts off with Elle Woods right after Harvard Law School. If you haven't seen the first one.... Elle is a quite girly-girl, is very into her self appearance, somewhat "ditsy," yet smart and very sweet. Anyway Elle is trying to plan her wedding and she has a chawawa, Bruiser, that is her "best friend." She decides that he deserves to have his mom at her wedding and to meet her after being found abandoned. Elle finds out the Bruiser's mom is an makeup up tester. She is being tested on and is in trouble. Elle launches a mission to rescue bruiser's mom and all the other animals out of there. She decides to go to Washington D.C. and try to pass a bill that makes it illegal to test on animals. Basically the whole story is about how she tries to get the bill passed. And i won't ruin the story by telling you what happens at the end. In conclusion, I think this is a funny, but airy movie. It is worth seeing if you want a few laughs and near tear moments. It is not quite as good as the first one, because of its somewhat unrealistic situations. And it lacks the important issues the first one addresses but that may or may not be good for you. Anyways, this movie is a sweet one and should be considered. |
