"Ciao Lizzie" for this will be the last time we see Lizzie McGuire in the entertainment world since Disney and Hilary Duff broke up. The movie was fun and mainly like the TV shows themselves. Honestly, I never really liked Hilary Duff's acting, too fake. It was the other actors that entertained me. Ofcourse the best comedic performance must go to the character Ethan Craft. The character that will end up being every pre-teen's girl dream date with be Adam Lamberg (who is actually 18) aka Gordo. Ofcourse Miranda [Lalaine] is not featured in the movie because she is still "on a family vacation". So Kate changes her attitude and becomes Lizzie's best friend again. I wish they hadn't done that. Although the whole 'Lizzie looks like the Italian pop princess' is pretty pathetic plot there was defienetly a twist at the end with the story that I was very happy because it surprised me. And this was also a cheap way to see Rome as it is such a beautiful city and the director captured it perfectly for us to see. All Lizzie McGuire fans will thoroughly enjoy this movie. |
