I think that "Visuals" is a stupid category to have in the rating system because it's the same as direction. Instead it should be "Editing" so here's a recap of what my review SHOULD be:
Story: B (although a lot was taken out in editing)
Acting: A-
Direction: D+
Editing: D
Overall: B
S.W. Scott took Stifler a little too over the top in this film, he lost his attitude and it was replaced with a minor case of mental disorder.
The story could have at least thrown in a line about the absense of the other character.
Shot composition and editing were the biggest downfalls of this film though.
As much as it made me laugh, it lacks a lot with the absense of the other characters to have their personalities compliment each other and make every situation even funnier.
It's definitely worth seeing if you are a Pie fan though, or if you are in the mood for a long laugh at crude humor lol. |
