The Irish are great storyteller's.
Jim Sheridan and his two daughter's have written a story that captures your emotions and won't let you ignore the true feeling of family.
Sheridan, once again, displays his mastery of direction with both the technical aspects of the film and the on-camera performances pulled from this amazing cast.
There is a scene at a street fair that had the audience on the edge of their seat and is well worth the price of admission alone.
I literally saw strong grown men leaning on their dates and wiping tears of joy and sorrow from their eyes.
This movie should touch anyone who cares about their family. It is a true holiday style film that does not rely on Hollywood trickery to make you enjoy a fantastic time at the movies. |
