I really have no expectation before watching this movie, and I am not a fan of any cast. After finishing the movie and walked out from the theater, I have to say this action flick blew me away, a joy ride from the beginning to the end of movie.
The entire movie is jam-packed with action and great choregraphy, plus comedy...the jokes are hilarious. The hand-to-hand fight scenes are simply impressive, The Rock can really fight. On the contrast, the script and story is a bit stupid, and Sean Williams Scott is quite an annoying character, but it didn't bother me much. I have to say the actors did a pretty good job, The Rock certainly has improved a lot in his acting skill.
Overall, if you are looking for a great action comedy film with two unlikely duos (this movie is much better than Rush Hour). I highly recommend The Rundown, it worths to watch in big screen. Two thumbs UP!! |
