This movie is very funny. I saw the '70's drama version, so at first I was skeptical about how it would turn out as a comedy. I was not dissapointed. Bette Midler is always funny. Her and the gay guy (yes, the have a gay couple in Stepford) almost steal the show from the rest. The movie kinda slows down a bit towards the end, but not enough to leave you dissapointed. I'd rate it as good. |
