When she's in the Frame, Cate Blanchett Steals the Show, but everyone else is terrific too and Di Caprio will win that oscar---who could steal that away?--not even Clint Eastwood. Every second of this film kept me engrossed.
DiCaprio has been good in previous films, but never like this. Scorsese, has really made a brilliant masterpiece, not just a biography, but a piece of American History.
My only problem with the film is that it left a whole other story to tell in Hughes later life.. I'm afraid it be would too much to ask for a Sequel? Aviator 2: The Heretic...So I will have to carry on the story in books. |
