If calling squirrels "gay" is humorous to you, this is right up your alley. Maybe you're expecting a good scare or wanting to see some interesting make-up reminiscent of movies such as "Night of the Living Dead" or perhaps "Blood Feast."
The acting, story, and direction are all beyond repair. "Cabin Fever" is of the caliber that I imagine would be perfect for the Mystery Science 3000 robots to make fun of if that show were still around today. It's not scary enough or funny enough to be worth a rental. The make-up is nothing when compared to that of other, better movies.
So, as I've mentioned before, if calling squirrels "gay" or idiot friends of yours "*****" is something you consider the zenith of hilarity, this is your movie. Just don't subject the rest of us to the torture of seeing it. For any other person besides aforementioned group that "Cabin Fever" is geared towards: This movie is NOT worth your time. |
