Manhunter (Red Dragon with a different title) was good, Silence of the Lambs was terrific, and Hannibal was worth a couple viewings. This one surpasses all of them and earns its place among my favorite movies. The story of an FBI agent looking for a serial killer with the help of a madman is great, the acting was top-notch as well as the direction. |
