Jamie Foxx was outstanding! The movie really was classy, jazzy, and inspirational. Some critics say that the movie cut out alot, but that is because it was the story of Ray Charles life>> and they needed to condensate into a 2.5 hour movie. Some people i know can't sit 2.5 hours in a movie theater, but the time flys by. This movie really is honorable to Ray. To bad that he isn't around to see this instant Classic movie! The movie really opens yours eyes and you are able to experence just a hint of the struggles that Ray Charles went through in his life. Jamie Foxx really deserves an Oscar for this incredable roll! I highly recomend this movie to anybody! The only thing that holds it back from A+ is that it is on the long side. but i sure give this movie credit it brought Ray Charles to Life! |
