About a month ago, I was sitting in a movie theatre, and I watched all the previews.I sawthe one for 'Timeline' and I had seen that it was based on a novel by Michael Crighton. I liked him as an author, so I thought it would be fun to read the book, and then see the movie, becaues the movie seemed good. Well, I absolutely loved the book, but the movie was surely a lot worse, as always. There were atleast three sex changes in the movie, where a female character in the book was turned into a male character in the movie. There were atleast ten events that happened in the first five minutes, which is definatley overwhelming for anyone who hasn't read the book. Not to mention all the corny flirting that happened. It got so annoying. If there was one thing I gained from this movie, it was fat from the candy I ate during it. (Yet another Crighton novel that was made into a crappy novel...) |
